About the Role
This position is for an Office Executive at a study abroad consultancy that focuses on MBBS admissions overseas. The role involves supporting prospective students throughout their admission journey and handling day-to-day coordination related to enquiries and records.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide students interested in MBBS programmes abroad and help them understand the admission pathway.
- Respond to incoming calls and WhatsApp messages from leads and enquiries.
- Explain university options, course details, and fee structures in a clear and helpful manner.
- Track and follow up with prospective students and leads to move them through the admission process.
- Support documentation work and keep student information organised and up to date.
Eligibility
Candidates with any graduation background can apply. Freshers are welcome for this role.
