Centurion is a major logistics provider with a strong track record in transport services across Australia. Established in 1971, the company operates nationwide through 34 branches located in Western Australia, Queensland, the Northern Territory, South Australia, and Victoria.

The business is growing and is seeking a Nightshift Coordinator to help maintain reliable service delivery to customers.

About the Role

This position suits a motivated professional with prior experience in a similar transport or logistics environment. The role focuses on keeping overnight operations running efficiently and supporting the wider team.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate, support, and oversee the transport operations team to keep trailer movements running smoothly during the night shift.
• Make sure drivers and trailers leave on schedule.
• Organise delivery and collection time slots and complete the booking schedule.
• Plan trips efficiently and ensure they are completed by the required cut-off time.
• Manage the bookings inbox and prepare daily driver run sheets.
• Pass on a clear and effective handover to the day shift so operations can continue without interruption.
• Work Monday to Friday, from 6:00 pm to 4:00 am.

Skills and Experience

• Prior experience in a comparable role, ideally in transport and logistics.
• Familiarity with transport management systems is preferred.
• Ability to use tracking and processing systems, schedule work, and maintain accurate records.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
