Role Overview
The Merchandising Representative will report to the Regional Manager and act as a brand ambassador across retail channels such as grocery, specialty, health club, and convenience stores. The role focuses on supporting product visibility, improving shelf execution, and helping drive customer interest through displays, signage, and demos.
Schedule, Location, and Driving Requirement
This is a field-based role located in Detroit, MI. The schedule runs Wednesday through Sunday for a 40-hour workweek, with flexibility required. This position involves driving, so a valid U.S. driver’s license is mandatory, along with a clean motor vehicle record screening. A personal vehicle is required for use, and an allowance will be provided. Applicants must also carry the appropriate insurance and be able to live within their county area.
Compensation
The pay rate is $25 per hour, plus overtime when needed.
Key Duties
The representative will manage merchandising activity across assigned accounts, support store-level execution, and maintain regular communication with sales leadership. The role includes planning display activity, tracking account visits, and ensuring documentation is completed accurately and on time.
