Overview

ASIA Prime General Contracting Co. L.L.C. is looking for an Abu Dhabi-based MEP Coordinator to support the delivery of MEP projects and coordinate day-to-day technical and site activities.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee MEP project execution, build schedules, and align work with all relevant stakeholders.
Keep project records organized and share status updates with the wider project team.
Maintain strong working knowledge of all contract documents and related requirements.
Direct MEP subcontractors from contract award through final close-out.
Check shop drawings and submittals to confirm they are complete and compliant.
Examine subcontractor payment requests and make sure they are accurate and submitted on time.
Coordinate MEP work on site, including materials planning and procurement, together with the Project Manager and field team.
Prepare progress updates and other reports as required.

Requirements

A degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering is required.
Applicants should bring 15 years of relevant experience.
Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6, along with AutoCAD.
Good understanding of MEP codes and standards is essential.
