Role Overview
A property management company in Gainesville is looking for a Maintenance Technician to support an apartment community. This position is focused on keeping the property in good working order through routine repairs, upkeep, and general maintenance tasks.
Key Duties
- Carry out everyday repair and maintenance work across the property.
- Handle basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting tasks as needed.
- Take on additional responsibilities assigned by management.
Experience and Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in general maintenance is required.
- A valid driver's license is mandatory.
- The role requires the ability to regularly lift or move items weighing up to 25 lbs.
Compensation
