Maintenance Associate

Role overview

This full-time maintenance position supports day-to-day restaurant operations at a McDonald’s location in Fort Pierce, Florida. The role is focused on keeping guest-facing and employee areas clean, safe, organized, and ready for service, while also helping with deliveries, stock replenishment, and routine checks on equipment and building systems.

Key duties

The maintenance team member plays an important part in keeping the restaurant running smoothly and delivering a positive experience for both customers and staff.

• Keep customer-accessible and employee-accessible spaces clean, orderly, and well maintained
• Receive incoming deliveries and assist with restocking essential supplies
• Perform regular maintenance inspections and safety checks on equipment and facility systems
• Help uphold high standards for food safety, storage, and overall operational cleanliness
