As a LoA Coordinator, you will sit close to key project decisions within the GT SU execution environment. Your day-to-day work will revolve around coordinating and facilitating LoA meetings, advising teams on process matters, and recording management decisions. Key responsibilities

  • Make sure the LoA process is followed accurately, including on-time submissions, announcements, and validation of data quality, completeness, and consistency.
  • Plan, organize, and facilitate LoA meetings at management level, including all required preparation and follow-up records.
  • Create, document, and monitor LoA approvals in Salesforce, including conditions, remarks, and timely completion, and keep the LoA community informed of relevant updates.
