Role summary
This position helps create a strong first and last impression by keeping the store clean, organized, and safe. Duties span the parking lot, sales floor, restrooms, and receiving area to support a welcoming shopping environment.
Pay
The hourly pay range is $15 to $28. The final rate will be at least the minimum wage required at the work location. In addition to base pay, associates may be eligible for annual or quarterly performance incentives. Certain assignments or conditions may also qualify for premium pay ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, with multiple premiums possible when criteria are met.
Schedule
This is a full-time position with shifts available in opening, morning, mid-shift, and closing slots.

Walmart Supercenter #243, 1971 Wentzville Pkwy, Wentzville, MO 63385, US.
Key responsibilities
The associate is expected to maintain cleanliness and safety standards across store areas, helping ensure customers encounter a neat and well-kept environment throughout their visit.
