Role overview
This is a 3-month contract opportunity for an intermediate graphic designer who thrives in fast-paced, social-led creative work. The position sits within an in-house team in Auckland and is best suited to someone who can shape clear brand stories into engaging digital and print campaign assets.
What you'll be working on
You will contribute to campaign development from brief through to delivery, helping ideas translate into eye-catching content that connects with target audiences. A strong understanding of how to extend and adapt creative across multiple channels is important, especially across the business's three key audience groups.
The work is focused on social-first design, digital campaigns, and supporting print-based creative when needed. You should be comfortable moving quickly from concept to execution while keeping the brand voice consistent.
Key requirements for the role
The client is looking for someone at intermediate level with hands-on experience in both digital and print campaign design. Solid skills in Adobe Creative Suite are essential, along with practical animation capability using tools such as Animate, After Effects, Express, or similar software.
You should also have experience producing visuals for social media and be able to start contributing quickly with minimal ramp-up time.
Work setup and equipment
This contract is based on-site five days per week in Airport Oaks, Auckland. The successful candidate must provide their own Mac for the assignment.
Application notes
Only candidates with valid work permit or working rights for New Zealand will be considered. Because of the high number of applications, only candidates shortlisted for current roles will receive a response.
Additional information
The agency offers a range of freelance and contract assignments, including roles that can run from one week to three to six months. These flexible opportunities allow candidates to choose when they work. For some assignments, it is possible to invoice directly or have PAYE handled on your behalf.
