Role overview
This position is for an Interior Site Supervisor responsible for overseeing interior finishing and fit-out activities at project sites in Pune. The role focuses on maintaining execution quality, coordinating on-site teams, and ensuring work progresses according to the project timeline.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor the quality of interior finishing work throughout the execution phase.
- Supervise fit-out projects end to end, from the initial stage through completion.
- Handle day-to-day site execution for interior work activities.
- Work closely with the design team and contractors to keep project delivery aligned.
- Track milestones and ensure deadlines are achieved on schedule.
