Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager position in Accra. The role is centered on building and supporting the company’s people strategy through effective hiring, HR policy development, employee relations, legal compliance, and broader HR leadership. It also includes coordinating learning and development efforts, conducting performance reviews, and helping maintain a healthy and productive work environment.

Core Responsibilities

You will manage recruitment and talent acquisition activities, shape and roll out HR policies, support employee relations, ensure adherence to labor regulations, and drive key HR programs. The position also requires planning training initiatives, overseeing performance evaluation processes, and contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning, along with solid experience in HR policy implementation, compliance, and employee relations. You should also bring experience in training and development, performance management, leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and the use of HRMS tools and related software. A thorough understanding of labor laws is required, as well as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Previous experience in a similar HR management role is expected.
