Role overview

This Human Resource Generalist role is centered on managing core HR operations across the employee lifecycle, strengthening compliance practices, supporting people processes, and contributing to a positive workplace culture.   • Keep employee files and HR records accurate, updated, and confidential.
  • Support HR dashboards, metrics, reports, and HRIS administration tasks.
  • Work with leadership on employee relations issues and workplace investigations when required.
  • Assist the recruitment process end to end, including sourcing support, interview coordination, offer letters, onboarding, and stakeholder follow-up.
