Role Overview
This position focuses on handling recruitment activities across different openings and supporting the hiring flow from the first shortlist through to coordination with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the recruitment cycle for multiple roles across the organization, ensuring each stage moves smoothly.
- Work closely with hiring managers to capture role needs, prepare job descriptions, publish openings, and arrange interview timelines.
- Review resumes, cover letters, and other application documents to identify suitable candidates for the next round.
- Keep applicants informed promptly at every step of the hiring process.
Requirements
- 0 to 1 year of experience in HR or a related talent acquisition role.
- Good working knowledge of the full recruitment workflow, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Strong communication abilities and the capability to coordinate with several stakeholders at once.
