Role overview
We are seeking a seasoned, people-oriented HR Manager to run core human resources functions and help guide the organization’s continued expansion. This position focuses on shaping HR strategy, supporting employee relations, improving performance practices, strengthening learning and development, and building a healthy, high-performing workplace. You will work closely with senior leaders and department heads to attract, grow, and keep strong talent while making sure people practices remain compliant and effective.

Key responsibilities
- Create and roll out HR plans that support business priorities and overall organizational direction.
- Manage hiring, onboarding, workforce planning, and broader talent acquisition efforts.
- Oversee employee relations, performance systems, and engagement initiatives.
- Advise managers on HR policies, employee growth, and workplace concerns.
- Handle compensation, benefits, leave tracking, and employee lifecycle administration.
- Maintain compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and recognized HR standards.
- Design and coordinate training, learning, leadership development, and succession planning programs.
- Track HR data and workforce patterns to inform strategic decisions.
- Supervise HR policies, procedures, records, and HR information systems.
- Support organizational development, change management, and culture-building work.
- Coach and guide managers to strengthen team performance.
- Continuously improve HR processes, employee experience, and operational effectiveness.
Requirements
- Strong grounding in HR management, employment practices, and day-to-day HR operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and people skills.
- Ability to solve problems, handle conflict, and make sound decisions.
- Hands-on experience with recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development.
- Comfort using HRIS platforms, payroll tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Good understanding of employment legislation, workplace compliance, and HR best practices.
- Strong planning and project coordination skills with the ability to juggle several priorities.
- Professional, trustworthy, and able to handle sensitive information discreetly.
- Strong ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders effectively.
- Capability to interpret HR data and turn it into practical people strategies.
