About the Role

Taktile helps financial institutions evolve into AI-native businesses. The company is expanding quickly across banks and insurance providers, and this role is designed for an HR Intern who will act as a key representative for future employees.

You will work closely with the People team to support the full employee journey, from onboarding through ongoing feedback and assistance. The role involves maintaining HR systems, ensuring employee records remain accurate, and handling administrative work that keeps people operations efficient. You will also partner with colleagues across the business on a range of HR activities that support company growth and employee experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate onboarding for new joiners, including first-day plans and communication to create a seamless start.
  • Keep internal HR databases current and manage employee information in the HRIS (HiBob) with a strong focus on accuracy and consistency.
  • Prepare supporting documents for HR processes such as internal transfers and mobility.
  • Help administer employee benefits and communicate how those benefits work.
  • Respond to general HR questions from employees and managers with clear, timely information.
  • Look for ways to improve HR workflows, including supporting the creation and refinement of AI-based tools such as Claude skills.

Employment Structure
