Descrizione del lavoro
Role overview
Leaf is looking for a Graphic Designer to join its Creative team and help produce ads that perform well, while also contributing to internal brand and marketing work. The role combines client-facing creative delivery with support for company-wide design initiatives.
The position is divided into two main focus areas: creative services for client campaigns and internal projects for marketing, brand, operations, and other business needs. In this role, you will function as a creative lead for a set of clients, handling the full creative journey from research and idea development through design execution and final presentation.
Creative services for client work
- Own the creative delivery for assigned client accounts.
- Turn campaign briefs into ad creatives designed to drive strong performance.
- Research campaign context and analyse available data, including Meta Ads Manager reports and internal performance insights.
- Study competitors to uncover opportunities and inform creative direction.
- Develop ideas that fit campaign goals and audience needs.
- Create design assets primarily in Figma, with Adobe Suite used for asset preparation, motion work, and video editing.
- Share concepts and finished work with the internal creative team, the performance marketing team, and clients, acting as the main creative contact.
- Manage revision rounds and make sure final delivery happens on schedule.
- Provide campaign-ready assets once work is approved.
- Keep client records, creative test learnings, and time tracking documentation updated.
- Work closely with performance marketing to review results and identify new opportunities.
Internal creative and marketing projects
- Support internal teams such as marketing, operations, and others with website visuals, social content, presentation decks, video and podcast editing, and blog or brand assets.
- Contribute to company OKRs, process improvements, internal branding, and visual identity work.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and operate within established project workflows.
Collaboration and communication
- Work as closely as possible to UK hours so you can stay aligned with clients and team members.
- Use tools such as Notion, Slack, and email to manage tasks and communication.
- Maintain clear, proactive communication with the Creative Director, performance marketing team, and clients.
Behaviours and values
The team expects a people-first approach, with a focus on empathy for clients, colleagues, and stakeholders. Timely delivery is important so that team performance is not affected, and collaboration should work smoothly in a global remote setup. Communication should be considerate, concise, and respectful of everyone’s time.
The culture is also technology-forward. You should be comfortable using tools and automation to work more efficiently, and using data and marketing insights to guide creative choices. Familiarity with platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Analytics is important for improving output quality.
Ownership and accountability are key. You are expected to take responsibility for your work and outcomes, give constructive feedback, challenge ideas when needed, and look for ways to improve creative performance.
The role also values curiosity and a test-and-learn mindset. You should be open to new tools, trends, and techniques, and be willing to suggest improvements to creative processes, workflows, tools, team performance, and culture.

Minimum qualifications
You should have solid hands-on experience with graphic design tools, especially Figma and Adobe Suite. The role also requires knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, and social media advertising creatives, along with a strong understanding of performance-driven design.
You should stay aware of current trends in digital marketing, design, and advertising. Experience or familiarity with AI-powered design tools such as Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, and Runway is important, along with the ability to use AI to speed up ideation, improve creativity, and support iteration in the design process.
A strong portfolio is mandatory. It should show experience creating effective ad creatives, the ability to convert briefs into compelling visual concepts, versatility across static, video, and social formats, and a high level of attention to detail and brand consistency. Candidates may also be asked to present their portfolio and explain their creative thinking, design decisions, and any measurable performance impact where available.
Strong presentation and storytelling ability, excellent written and verbal communication, and good time management and organisation are also needed. You should be able to manage several projects and deadlines at once.

- Evidence of producing ad creatives that have performed well is preferred.
- Clear examples of turning briefs into strong visual ideas.
- Experience across multiple content formats, including static, motion, and video.
