Role overview
We are seeking a creative and motivated Visual Designer to support the creation of interactive eLearning modules, multimedia assets, and digital experiences. This opportunity is well-suited for someone who enjoys turning ideas into strong visual concepts and wants to build hands-on experience in design, animation, multimedia, and eLearning development.
The role involves working with cross-functional team members to produce graphics, motion elements, interactive content, and other visual materials that improve learning outcomes and user engagement. A portfolio featuring academic, personal, freelance, or internship work is preferred as it helps demonstrate creativity, design thinking, and attention to detail.
Key responsibilities
- Use awareness of current web and mobile design standards to support effective creative output.
- Develop visual concepts from project briefs and turn them into engaging user experiences.
- Create illustrations, graphics, icons, animations, logos, and related visual assets.
- Contribute to the development of interactive eLearning courses and digital learning content.
- Design marketing collateral such as email creatives, social media graphics, banners, and landing pages.
- Assist with 2D animation, motion graphics, and video-based content.
- Apply core design principles such as typography, colour use, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver practical and effective design solutions.
- Update and refine designs based on feedback and project needs.
- Ensure all final artwork and layouts are polished, brand-aligned, and visually consistent.
- Keep up with new developments in design, animation, and eLearning.
Requirements
- Basic working knowledge of Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Understanding of design fundamentals, including typography, colour theory, and layout composition.
- Ability to create graphics, animations, and multimedia assets.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- High attention to detail and a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
- Qualification should be B.Tech, any degree, diploma, or an equivalent credential in a relevant field.
- A portfolio with academic, personal, or internship work will be an added advantage.
