Compensation

The role begins at $15 per hour. Once Tech Level III is reached, pay increases to $17 per hour. The position may also include bonuses and overtime pay.

Role overview

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jacksonville, Florida. The company emphasizes training, growth, and advancement so team members can develop confidence and progress in the safety industry.

What you will do

• Install safety posts and rails to help protect worksites from hazards.
• Track inventory and complete job closeouts using electronic devices.
• Coordinate with dispatch to improve routing efficiency.
• Keep work trucks maintained and operated according to company standards.

What you need

• Comfort using mobile applications.
• A valid driver’s license with three years of verifiable driving experience.
• Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, diverse environment.
• Willingness to stay on the job until work is completed.
