Role Overview

An established executive search firm is looking for a driven Recruiter to join its team in the United States. The role is well-suited to someone who is ambitious, people-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced recruiting environment.

What You’ll Do

• Work primarily on hiring needs within hedge funds and the wider financial services sector.
• Handle day-to-day communication with candidates and clients, along with search coordination and outreach efforts.
• Manage the full hiring process from sourcing to placement, including candidate identification, phone and in-person screening, reference verification, offer negotiation, and follow-up support after hiring.
• Use a range of sourcing methods to find talent and prospects, such as warm calls, referrals, media leads, database searches, research using industry publications, online networking, social platforms, and industry events.
• Carry out research on companies, sectors, and roles to help identify strong candidate matches.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is expected for this opportunity.
