About Us
Aamal Al Masbah Trading Establishment is a Saudi company focused on the innovation, development, manufacturing, and commercialization of swimming pool safety products. We have held a Gulf Patent since 2018 and are now seeking a driven Executive Manager to spearhead our growth.
Position Summary
We are searching for a highly motivated Executive Manager to assume full responsibility for business operations, sales expansion, business development, client acquisition, team leadership, and strategic growth initiatives. This role involves direct collaboration with the owner, with the mandate to convert business prospects into tangible achievements.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct all day-to-day business operations.
- Formulate and implement effective growth strategies.
- Identify and pursue new business prospects and strategic alliances.
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, educational institutions, developers, and governmental bodies.
- Manage sales initiatives and meet revenue objectives.
- Develop and refine operational procedures for enhanced efficiency.
- Administer budgets, control expenditures, and monitor financial outcomes.
- Lead recruitment, professional development, and management of company staff.
- Conduct negotiations for contracts and commercial agreements.
- Explore and secure potential investors, distribution channels, and expansion avenues.
- Generate management reports and key performance indicator (KPI) dashboards.
- Represent the company at meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in business management, business development, sales leadership, or executive management.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and expanding business operations.
- Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
- Proficiency in communication and negotiation.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are highly desirable.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, construction, pool industry, safety products, or industrial sectors is a significant asset.
