Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with hiring managers to clarify headcount needs and understand the exact requirements for each role.

• Handle the complete hiring workflow, including posting openings, screening profiles, conducting interviews, and managing offer discussions.
• Develop and nurture a reliable talent pool for positions that are frequently hired or strategically important.
• Make sure candidates have a smooth, respectful, and engaging experience at every stage of the hiring process.
• Measure recruitment performance using metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rate, then share regular updates.
• Partner with the HR team on employer branding activities and initiatives.
• Keep current with hiring trends, recruitment tools, and modern best practices.
• Support branding efforts through social media activity, participation in career fairs, and collaboration with universities.
• Build ongoing relationships with prospective candidates and manage talent communities for future requirements.
• Introduce approaches that help attract diverse talent and promote inclusive hiring practices.
• Review recruitment data to identify improvements and optimize hiring processes.
