Role Overview
This position is for an HR Executive focused on recruitment and talent acquisition for Larsen & Toubro in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The role centers on building strong hiring pipelines, coordinating the full recruitment cycle, and supporting employer branding efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with hiring managers to clarify headcount needs and understand the exact requirements for each role.
- Create and run sourcing plans using channels such as job portals, social platforms, employee referrals, and professional networking.
- Handle the complete hiring workflow, including posting openings, screening profiles, conducting interviews, and managing offer discussions.
- Develop and nurture a reliable talent pool for positions that are frequently hired or strategically important.
- Make sure candidates have a smooth, respectful, and engaging experience at every stage of the hiring process.
- Measure recruitment performance using metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rate, then share regular updates.
- Partner with the HR team on employer branding activities and initiatives.
- Keep current with hiring trends, recruitment tools, and modern best practices.
- Support branding efforts through social media activity, participation in career fairs, and collaboration with universities.
- Build ongoing relationships with prospective candidates and manage talent communities for future requirements.
- Introduce approaches that help attract diverse talent and promote inclusive hiring practices.
- Review recruitment data to identify improvements and optimize hiring processes.
