Executive Housekeeper

Overview

This role is responsible for overseeing housekeeping operations in a way that supports Hyatt International’s corporate direction and brand standards while also aligning with the expectations of employees, guests, and owners. The position focuses on ensuring that the hotel’s cleanliness and presentation are consistently maintained at a high level.

Core responsibilities

The Executive Housekeeper will supervise all activities connected to cleanliness across the property. This includes guest rooms, public spaces, and non-kitchen back-of-house areas, along with the laundry and dry-cleaning function covering hotel linen, staff uniforms, and guest laundry.

Qualifications

A university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management is preferred. Candidates should ideally bring at least 2 years of experience in an Executive Housekeeper role within a larger hotel operation. Strong problem-solving ability, administrative capability, and interpersonal skills are essential.
