Job Summary

Flagstar Bank is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide advanced information management, administrative, and organizational support to executives. This role involves managing a wide range of complex tasks with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality, interact effectively with staff at all levels, and support the executive in preparing reports, planning events, managing communications, and prioritizing meetings. Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and distribute reports, analyze information, and prepare multimedia presentation materials.
  • Manage written and verbal communications, draft correspondence, record meeting minutes, and maintain organized filing systems.
  • Disseminate announcements effectively to the division and executive leadership.
  • Arrange travel, manage executive calendars, and prioritize meeting requests to ensure an efficient schedule.
  • Liaise with other leaders, stakeholders, and vendors for business overviews, presentations, and onsite visits.
  • Undertake special projects, assist with business unit-specific tasks, and organize team-building events.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory by monitoring stock levels, anticipating needs, evaluating new products, placing orders, and verifying receipt.

Job Requirements
