This position requires a full-time, onsite presence at our London office.
The Role
Moonbug Entertainment is seeking a skilled Executive Assistant to join our London team. This role will provide comprehensive administrative and team support to the CFO, CLO, and VP of Corporate Development. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the executives' daily activities, requiring a high degree of trust and discretion in handling confidential information. We are looking for a proactive, positive individual with exceptional communication abilities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily schedules and calendars of multiple executives.
- Coordinate and arrange meetings, including important management and company-wide gatherings, ensuring all logistical aspects are handled.
- Manage all aspects of executive travel, including booking flights, accommodation, and preparing detailed itineraries, as well as processing expense reports.
- Develop and prepare presentations, reports, and other documents to support various business initiatives.
- Format and refine information for both internal and external communications, including management reports and presentations.
- Undertake general administrative tasks as needed to support the executive team.
- Serve as the primary liaison between executives, internal staff, clients, and external partners.
- Attend team meetings, document key discussions, and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
- Plan and organize offsite events and team social gatherings.
Qualifications And Desired Experience
- Proven experience supporting senior executives, particularly within Legal and Finance departments.
- A demonstrated interest in the digital entertainment sector or the children's media industry is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, maintaining a professional and articulate demeanor at all times.
- Capacity to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple deadlines effectively with strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- A highly collaborative spirit, resourceful problem-solving abilities, intellectual curiosity, and the composure to remain calm under pressure.
