Role Overview
This position supports the planning and coordination of NCRC events and Cyber Table Tops (CTTs) for Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems. The role centers on organizing schedules, allocating resources, and keeping event execution on track while maintaining clear communication with government stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
- Plan events from start to finish, including scheduling and logistical coordination for NCRC Events and Cyber Table Tops.
- Assign people and manage physical resources needed for each event.
- Track available capacity and take steps to prevent resource overuse or conflicts.
- Provide timely progress updates and risk alerts to the government customer.
- Prepare clear, concise reports for leadership.
- Handle multiple events at the same time while staying organized and detail-focused.

Required Background
- A high school diploma or an equivalent credential is required.
- At least 2 years of experience in event coordination, project administration, or a related role is needed, ideally in a government or contractor setting.
- You should be able to coordinate several events and resources at once.
Preferred Strengths
- Strong accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
- Comfort with spreadsheets and basic analysis of data.
- Clear written and verbal communication, including speaking with senior leaders and government contacts.
- Independent judgment and a proactive approach to identifying and reducing risk.
- Familiarity with project and reporting tools such as MS Project, Saviom, SharePoint, PowerBI, or Tableau is helpful.
- Success in a fully remote environment with solid self-management and dependable internet access.
Work Arrangement
This is a part-time remote telework role. The selected employee will work part of the schedule remotely and part of the schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The weekly split will be discussed during the hiring process.
