Role Summary
The Entertainment Manager is responsible for shaping and running the property’s day-to-day entertainment offering. This role brings together planning, leadership, guest engagement, and operational control to deliver enjoyable and well-organized activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and oversee entertainment activities on a daily basis.
- Lead, guide, and encourage entertainers and other supporting team members.
- Manage available resources efficiently to support entertainment objectives.
- Engage with guests, encourage participation in activities, and collect feedback to improve the experience.
- Maintain compliance with safety procedures, company rules, and operational policies.
Qualifications and Experience
The role calls for a degree in Hospitality or Entertainment Management, along with practical experience leading entertainment teams. Candidates should bring creative problem-solving ability, strong communication skills, and hands-on experience with budgeting and resource allocation.
Operational Standards
All work must align with sustainability commitments by improving resource efficiency, reducing waste, and supporting environmentally responsible, social, and ethical practices. The position is also expected to contribute to the hotel's ESG and CSR goals across all sustainability pillars.
Strict observance of local laws, international requirements, health and safety rules, company policies, ISO standards, and industry best practices is required. Operational methods should be reviewed regularly to stay current with changing legal and regulatory expectations.
Food safety and hygiene standards must be fully upheld through correct purchasing, storage, handling, maintenance, communication, and preparation practices across all departments.
