Role overview
Intapp is hiring in Singapore for an Enterprise Client Development Associate to support growth across the financial services and legal sectors. This position partners with Sales and Marketing to broaden the client base, strengthen existing relationships, and keep the CRM environment accurate and useful. The work directly contributes to regional expansion across legal, accounting, consulting, and financial services markets.
The role blends inside sales and field sales responsibilities. You will help build pipeline, handle marketing-qualified leads, work with sales operations, professional services, and solutions consulting, and bring a strong eye for detail along with clear communication and a solid grasp of Intapp’s products and target markets.
What you will do
- Build a strong understanding of Intapp’s products, value proposition, return on investment, key use cases, and customer benefits so you can have persuasive, informed conversations with prospects and existing clients.
- Move early-stage opportunities forward by arranging meetings, attending industry events, setting up web demonstrations, and converting inbound interest into qualified pipeline.
- Re-engage current customers to raise awareness of new and updated offerings and identify chances for cross-sell and add-on business.
- Support campaign and event execution by selecting target accounts, helping drive registrations, coordinating logistics, and taking part in important regional activities.
- Keep CRM records accurate and actionable through desk research, review of industry updates, and outbound prospecting to confirm contacts, validate account details, and identify relevant business events.
What you need
Intapp is seeking an intellectually curious, self-driven professional who likes working hands-on and contributing to team success. The ideal candidate brings sales experience, especially in technology and preferably within legal, accounting, consulting, or financial services environments, along with a proven record of meeting targets.
You should be comfortable communicating with senior decision-makers, able to work well in a team-oriented environment where success is measured collectively, and highly organised with strong attention to detail. A proactive mindset, strong follow-through, and comfort using Microsoft Office and CRM tools are important, along with a willingness to learn the market and the customer base.
