Job Description
This role involves working under direct supervision to complete routine tasks according to established procedures. The Document Controller will collaborate with team members and end-users to resolve basic issues and contribute effectively to team objectives. The position requires participation in the development of fundamental solutions and coordination with Project Managers and IT/Records Management to ensure proper protection of project records, including recommendations on media, rotation, and procedures. The Document Controller will assess project requirements, identify appropriate resources, and evaluate external tools and information services. Responsibilities also include preparing statistical reports on project usage and efficiency, proactively identifying areas for improvement and cost savings, and selecting and ordering new resource materials. The role may involve designation based on specialized functions.
