Role summary
This is an opportunity for a Delivery Driver to join the team in Wollongong. The position centres on delivering automotive parts accurately, safely, and professionally while providing a high standard of customer service. The role reports to the Store Manager.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver automotive parts to customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Keep delivery records accurate and obtain customer signatures where required.
- Pick up products from different suppliers.
- Support the dispatch process, including picking and packing orders.
- Work closely with colleagues to help the store run smoothly.
About you
The ideal candidate is practical, customer-oriented, and willing to learn. The role suits someone who wants to build capability over time and contribute positively to the team environment. Prior automotive knowledge is not essential.
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and good organisational ability.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
- Genuine interest in helping customers.
- Basic computer literacy.
