Role Overview

We are seeking a careful and analytical Data Insights Analyst to join a fully remote team supporting Australia-only operations. This entry-level position focuses on turning raw data into practical insights that inform business choices and strategic planning. You will work with datasets, reports, and dashboards to spot patterns, evaluate performance, and share recommendations that help guide decisions. The role is well suited to recent graduates and early-career candidates who want to grow in data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Gather, structure, and examine data from a range of business sources.
• Help build reports, dashboards, and visual summaries for internal stakeholders.
• Detect trends, recurring patterns, and actionable insights that support decision-making.
• Check data quality and carry out validation steps to ensure accuracy.
• Assist in developing and maintaining reporting tools and databases.
• Work with teams across functions to understand reporting needs and business goals.
• Prepare periodic performance reports and communicate results clearly.
• Record analytical methods, procedures, and reporting workflows.

Requirements

• Applicants must be residents of Australia.
• A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Computer Science, or a similar discipline is required.
• Basic knowledge of data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence concepts.
• Comfort using Microsoft Excel and general data management techniques.
• Exposure to SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or comparable analytics platforms is a plus.
• Strong reasoning skills and a structured approach to solving problems.
• High attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
• Prior internship exposure, academic projects, or related coursework is helpful but not mandatory.
