Data Analyst

About the Role

Fruition Group Ireland is seeking a Data Analyst to join their team in Dublin. This role is crucial for contributing to regular reporting cycles, ensuring data integrity through cleansing and validation, and maintaining consistency with established central reporting frameworks. The successful candidate will also play a part in projects focused on enhancing data management practices and providing valuable, actionable insights to various stakeholders.

Core Responsibilities

• Analyze datasets to identify trends, KPIs, and support forecasting
• Extract, cleanse, and validate data for accuracy and consistency
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualisations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align reporting with business goals
• Support data mapping and strategic projects

Skills and Experience

• Possess a degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
• Have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in data, Business Intelligence, or analytics roles.
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel skills.
• Show experience with data visualization tools.
• Possess knowledge of lean, project, or change management methodologies.
• Exhibit strong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

Desirable Qualifications

• Previous experience within regulatory, legal, or professional services environments.
• Exposure to predictive modeling techniques.
• Understanding of AI governance and GDPR principles.
• A keen interest in digital transformation initiatives.
