About the Role
This position is for a Customer Service Representative at Reddy Express Port Augusta West Roadhouse. The role centres on creating positive guest experiences while keeping the store clean, well stocked, and inviting. It is a busy, fast-moving environment where the ability to juggle tasks and use time well is important.
Key Duties
- Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service.
- Help maintain a clean, organised, stocked, and welcoming store environment.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple tasks at once.
