Role Overview
Join TTEC in Auckland and help create customer experiences that feel personal, supportive, and effective. In this position, you will handle customer issues, provide clear answers, and step in before concerns need to be escalated. The role may also involve outreach such as brand welcome calls and annual service reminder calls to support the client’s products and services.
What You Will Do
- Deliver customer updates and solutions in a clear, assured, and informed way.
- Keep customer records accurate and up to date, including notes related to reported concerns.
- Take ownership of customer complaints and work with internal and external contacts to resolve them.
- Spot customer issues early, prioritize them appropriately, and escalate when company procedure requires it.
- Represent the customer’s interests and help build loyalty to the brand.
- Review customer claims and suggest suitable levels of financial support where needed.
- Support special projects and carry out other tasks assigned by the team.
What You Need
- Completion of high school.
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service position.
- Ability to identify and solve moderately complex to complex customer service problems.
- Comfort using computers and common digital tools.
- A caring, supportive approach when dealing with customers.
Working Arrangements and Compensation
The position is based in Auckland, New Zealand and follows onsite working. Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Pay is guaranteed at NZD 26.50 per hour, along with benefits offered by the employer.
