Role Overview

Reporting to the DreamWorks Multi-Media Creative Director, this role is focused on creating and managing strong visual assets for marketing campaigns, digital and print materials, immersive experiences, graphic design projects, and brand-led creative across DreamWorks and Networks channels in EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across EMEA, APAC, LATAM, as well as London and Los Angeles.
  • Build creative concepts for marketing, events, digital, social, and sales activity as briefed by the DreamWorks Marketing Director and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to immersive and experiential design work where needed, including scenic graphics and ideas that support storytelling for the DreamWorks Channel and related brands.
  • Act as a global guardian of the brand by ensuring DreamWorks creative remains compliant, consistent, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Make sure all marketing collateral follows DreamWorks channel brand guidelines.
  • Help maintain and evolve brand guidelines and best-practice standards, and present them to stakeholders and affiliates.
  • Showcase DreamWorks campaigns to internal stakeholders and external affiliates.
  • Bring design leadership and strong creative judgement to the role.
  • Create merchandise designs.
  • Work confidently across digital and print/fabrication deliverables, from large-format print to branded merchandise.
  • Oversee creative output for affiliate deliverables across multiple territories.
  • Use design to support performance in each territory and help meet local business goals.
  • Stay updated on design and technology trends to keep the creative output fresh and innovative.
  • Act as an enthusiastic creative lead who shares best practice and new design thinking with the team.
  • Deliver work to agreed deadlines and budgets.
  • Work both independently and collaboratively, depending on whether the brief is part of a wider project or a standalone task.
  • Develop key art for on-air stunts and ensure it can be adapted across a variety of marketing formats.

Requirements

  • Strong grounding in graphic design, with confident use of colour, composition, typography, and visual aesthetics.
  • Ability to think conceptually and turn ideas into effective creative solutions.
  • Prior experience in a fast-moving design environment with a proven track record.
  • Deep understanding of branding, including how to follow guidelines and adapt them intelligently when needed.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Adobe After Effects.
  • Strong presentation ability, with the confidence to explain creative choices and rationale.
  • Excellent Apple Mac skills, including basic troubleshooting knowledge.
  • Comfortable working under pressure in a busy environment while staying calm and focused.
  • Organised approach to managing several projects, stakeholders, and time zones at once.
  • Self-directed working style, with the ability to contribute effectively as part of a team.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working in a collaborative, dynamic, and positive design team.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships across programming, marketing, and creative functions.
  • BA degree in Graphic Design.
