About the Role

The resort is looking to hire a Clerk - Payroll for its Finance team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help prepare and process payroll while maintaining accuracy and following company policies.
  • Keep employee payroll details current, including pay, benefits, and deductions.
  • Check and match payroll inputs such as attendance, overtime, and any pay adjustments.
  • Compile payroll statements and support prompt payment of salaries, bonuses, and other compensation.
  • Respond to payroll-related questions and fix discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing work, audits, and payroll-related financial schedules.
  • Work within internal controls and UAE regulations, coordinating with HR and other stakeholders to ensure smooth payroll execution.

Candidate Profile

  • A diploma or an equivalent qualification is required; a degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in payroll administration, ideally in hospitality.
