About the role

As the Channel Sales and Activation Manager for India, you will own the daily execution of retail programs and field operations.   • Own the OPEX profit and loss for promoter and merchandising initiatives, including annual and quarterly planning, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Handle third-party vendor partnerships, track performance against SLAs, and coach the vendor CSA team.
  • Deliver smooth execution of customer programs, store rollouts, and new product launches inside partner retail locations while gathering and analyzing performance data and consumer insights for business use.
  • Work closely with India sales leaders on short-, medium-, and long-term plans to improve sales, product visibility, and shopper engagement.
