Role overview

Emirates is hiring cabin crew members who can bring warmth, confidence, and adaptability to every flight. In this role, you will represent the airline directly to customers, guide passengers when needed, and help create a comfortable, reassuring travel experience.

This position is not limited to service alone. Safety is the top priority, so you will also be responsible for handling aircraft service routines, security checks, and safety-related procedures with confidence. Training is delivered in Dubai at the company’s dedicated facility.

The ideal candidate should be able to work well with people from diverse backgrounds, remain calm under pressure, and deliver a polished and solution-focused service style. You must also be comfortable with a busy and demanding schedule and consistently uphold high standards.

Qualifications and experience

• More than 1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service is required.
• A positive, service-oriented attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team are essential.
• The minimum academic requirement is completion of high school up to Grade 12.
• Strong spoken and written English is mandatory.
• You must be at least 160 cm tall and able to reach 212 cm on tiptoes so emergency equipment can be accessed on all aircraft types.
• Visible tattoos are not permitted while wearing the cabin crew uniform unless they are covered with bandages or cosmetics.
• Cabin crew are based in Dubai and must satisfy UAE employment visa requirements.

The airline is looking for people who can stay determined, handle a high-pressure timetable, and deliver an authentic customer experience. Cultural awareness and a professional, empathetic, forward-thinking, and cosmopolitan attitude are also important.

Salary and benefits

Your compensation includes three parts: a fixed monthly salary, pay for flights operated by you, and an overseas meal allowance. The basic salary is AED 4,980 per month. Flying pay is AED 69.60 per hour, based on an average of 80 to 100 flying hours each month. The estimated average total monthly pay is AED 11,244, which is approximately USD 3,100, EUR 2,600, or GBP 2,280 for Grade II Economy Class.

Meal allowances for overnight stops are paid into salary arrears the following month. The company also provides hotel accommodation and transport to and from the airport.
