About the roleThis position is focused on opening and managing business conversations with government aviation departments across India. The role combines research, outreach, presentation, follow-up, and relationship-building in a highly formal stakeholder environment.What you will doStudy state government aviation structures, including current aircraft assets, department ownership, and the existing operating setup.Draft formal letters and concept notes to Principal Secretaries and other decision-makers to request meetings and secure appointments.Travel to state capitals such as Dehradun, Patna, Chandigarh, Hyderabad, and other locations for in-person discussions.Present aviation-related proposals to senior bureaucrats in a clear, simple, and persuasive way.Handle follow-ups through official government channels with patience and professionalism.Keep an organized CRM record and share weekly updates with the founder.Coordinate across multiple stakeholders, including gatekeepers, technical teams, and existing vendors.About the companyIris Services Co., working with Pinnacle Air Private Limited, is among India’s largest non-scheduled aviation operators. The business operates a fleet of more than 10 aircraft and helicopters and offers aircraft management, charter services, medical evacuation, and pilot management. Pinnacle Air Private Limited was established in 2004 and is one of the country’s oldest non-scheduled operators.Salary and timingThe compensation for this role is ₹3,85,000 to ₹9,60,000 per year.
