Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to contribute to the identification, negotiation, assessment, and oversight of Joint Venture (JV) prospects within the shipping and maritime domain. This role is crucial for identifying new business avenues, performing financial and commercial evaluations, liaising with various stakeholders, and generating management reports to aid strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the negotiation, structuring, and finalization of Joint Venture agreements.
• Undertake financial modeling, viability assessments, and investment analyses.
• Create and manage Management Information System (MIS) reports.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possession of a CFA or MBA with a Finance specialization.
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in business analysis, corporate finance, and JV project development.
• Previous experience within the shipping and maritime sectors is strongly advantageous.
• High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional abilities in communication, negotiation, and presentation.
