Brand Representative

About the Role

Sweet Justice is hiring a driven Sweet Spot Ambassador to help strengthen retail execution and improve beverage sales across key accounts in British Columbia. This position is focused on building presence in stores, supporting priority accounts, and creating measurable results at shelf level in licensed cannabis retail outlets.

Role Overview

In this position, you will carry out in-store activations, uphold merchandising standards, and develop strong working relationships with retail staff to improve product visibility and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Run in-store sampling sessions and slushie activations in high-volume beverage accounts.
• Support key retailers, including major national account partners.
• Visit stores regularly to maintain strong merchandising standards, including shelf placement, cold box positioning, and pricing accuracy.
• Spot and respond to opportunities related to distribution, visibility, and stock shortages.
• Build rapport with budtenders and store teams to encourage product recommendations.
• Oversee a small account base with follow-up activity and telesales outreach.
• Record and share field activity, observations, and performance updates.

Time Allocation

This role is estimated at about 30 hours per week.

• Sampling and activations: 10–12 hours weekly.
• Store visits and merchandising: 5–6 hours weekly.
• Telesales and follow-ups: 2–3 hours weekly.
• Reporting and planning: 1–2 hours weekly.

Performance Measures

• Number of account visits completed.
• Number of activations delivered.
• Improvement in sales velocity at activated stores.
• Increase in reorder frequency.
• Wins in in-store visibility and merchandising.
• Decrease in out-of-stock situations.

What We’re Looking For

This role suits someone with field-facing retail experience, strong people skills, and the ability to work independently across a territory. Interest in the cannabis and beverage category is beneficial.

Additional Requirements

The role requires a valid driver’s license, access to a vehicle, and the ability to lift at least 30 lbs. Candidates must also be 19 years of age or older.

Compensation

Pay is set at $25–$30 per hour, depending on experience, plus monthly expenses where applicable.
