Role Overview
This position is responsible for steering the assigned branch through strong planning, resource management, and execution of sales initiatives. The aim is to meet agreed business goals while improving market presence and brand value in a cost-conscious manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute sales plans to meet branch targets, including agent count, productivity, new premium, and business persistency.
- Improve field force performance by managing and motivating teams effectively.
- Support strong persistency levels so that business outcomes remain stable and aligned with goals.
- Build a disciplined financial culture within the branch to keep revenue under control.
- Maintain full compliance across branch operations to ensure smooth functioning and better productivity.
- Lead sales promotion efforts to help the branch achieve its numbers.
- Share suggestions for product and process enhancements that can improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee branch administration so day-to-day operations continue smoothly and economically.
