What you will do

• Prepare and serve beverages, whole bean coffee, and food items to a consistently high standard in line with recipe and presentation expectations.
• Help with store routines such as opening, closing, cash handling, and maintaining safety and security procedures.
• Support teammates during busy periods to keep service running smoothly.
• Learn the store environment and customer preferences so you can better anticipate needs and respond proactively.
• Deliver warm, memorable service by putting the customer first and building genuine relationships.
• Keep the workspace clean, tidy, and well organised for both customers and colleagues.

What to expect

No prior barista experience is required. The main expectation is a genuine enthusiasm for customer service and a desire to create positive experiences for guests. The work is varied, and no two shifts are the same.

Working pattern

Store hours may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends because of the nature of the business.
