Barista

Role overview

This role is centered on creating a friendly café experience and making every customer interaction feel personal. As a barista, you help turn each shift into a positive moment through attentive service, high-quality drinks and food, and a welcoming attitude.

What you will do

• Welcome customers and build connection through clear, courteous communication.
• Prepare beverages and food items according to standard recipes, including customer-requested modifications such as changes in temperature or ingredients.
• Support a range of store tasks throughout the shift as needed.
• Follow store operating policies and standards related to cash handling, food and beverage quality, safety, and security.
• Deliver consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.

Experience and qualifications

No prior experience is required for this role. You should be able to learn quickly, follow verbal and written instructions, ask for clarification when needed, and work well with others while building strong customer relationships.
