Role overview

For the Stuttgart Königstraße store, Pandora is looking for an Assistant Store Manager who enjoys selling jewellery, connecting with people, and creating memorable customer moments. In this role, you will be part of a strong retail team in a lively store environment focused on inspiring service and customer experience.

What you will do

• Support customers in choosing jewellery that highlights their style and personal expression.
• Create uplifting in-store experiences that leave customers excited and emotionally connected to the brand.
• Contribute both on the shop floor and behind the scenes, including sales, advice, and planning tasks, so customers feel well looked after and want to return.

Your profile

• A service-first mindset and a clear focus on customer needs.
• Strong creativity, initiative, and personal commitment.
• Enjoyment in working with people.
• Prior experience in a similar position.
• Background in retail.
• Visual merchandising knowledge is an advantage.
• Experience working with key figures and performance metrics is welcome.
• English language skills.
