Role Overview
Credgenics is looking for a qualified finance professional to take charge of the Non-Trade Accounts Payable process. Based in Noida Sector 16, this onsite role sits within the Finance department and focuses on building stronger controls, improving efficiency, and ensuring compliant vendor payment operations. The position also carries responsibility for reporting, audit support, and leading continuous improvement across the AP workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute approaches that strengthen the non-trade accounts payable cycle by improving speed, control, and compliance.
- Lead process enhancement efforts, including automation and the adoption of better practices within the AP function.
- Review invoices, agreements, and consumption details carefully before processing.
- Perform internal checks on the utilization of goods and services tied to received invoices before moving them forward.
- Manage payment processing and help optimize cash flow through well-planned payment timelines.
- Ensure AP transactions and related financial records are reported accurately, completely, and on time.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close activities to support correct financial reporting.
- Study payable patterns to uncover cost-saving opportunities and operational improvements.
- Maintain compliance with internal controls, statutory obligations, and applicable regulatory standards.
- Support internal and external audits by sharing documentation and addressing audit-related queries.
Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant, or MBA.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Finance Operations, or a closely related finance role.
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial position.
- Experience in e-commerce or quick-commerce environments will be considered an advantage.
- Strong grasp of accounts payable workflows and financial control frameworks.
- Advanced working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
- Practical exposure to ERP platforms and AP automation tools.
- Good analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and stakeholder handling skills.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to guide and lead a team.
- Comfortable managing several priorities in a fast-moving work environment.
