One Root (ENP Farms Private Limited) operates a transparent, traceable marketplace that connects farmers directly with institutional and enterprise buyers. By removing intermediaries, the platform helps farmers secure fairer prices, stronger pricing control, and better profits for the crops they cultivate. Buyers, in turn, gain access to produce at more competitive rates. The company is also working to build the country’s largest network of smallholder and marginal farmers, supported through its app with farm advisory, market connections, financial help, and access to government welfare schemes.

About the Internship

This internship is centered on creating digital content that informs, engages, and builds awareness among farming communities and wider audiences. The role involves producing social media-friendly content, writing campaign copy, and contributing to brand-building efforts across channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce attention-grabbing videos, reels, shorts, and other social media assets for digital platforms.
• Develop educational and promotional material focused on farming, agricultural inputs, spices, and agricultural commodities.
• Run social media-driven awareness initiatives aimed at farmers.
• Prepare content in Kannada or Hindi to connect effectively with regional audiences.
• Draft captions, scripts, and marketing copy for promotional campaigns.
• Work closely with the marketing, graphic design, and video editing teams.
• Contribute to content planning, calendar preparation, and campaign delivery.
• Keep up with developments in agriculture, farming methods, and social media trends.
• Engage with farmers and customers to better understand their needs and create relevant content.
• Support brand-building and community engagement efforts.

Eligibility and Candidate Profile

Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship, be able to begin between 3 July 2026 and 7 August 2026, and commit to a 6-month duration. Candidates should bring relevant skills and genuine interest in the work. Women looking to begin or restart their careers are also welcome to apply.

Required Skills and Other Requirements

• Fluency in Kannada or Hindi.
• Working familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Strong communication, storytelling, and content development abilities.
• Ability to create engaging, useful content for farmers and agricultural audiences.
• A creative mindset with interest in digital content and marketing.
• Basic video recording and content production skills will be an advantage.
• Interest in agriculture, farming, and rural development is preferred.

Compensation and Internship Details

The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 10,000 to INR 15,000. There are 2 openings available. The internship duration is 6 months, and selected candidates are expected to start immediately. The application deadline is 2 August 2026 at 11:59:59 PM.
