About the internship
This internship places you on the front line of FlatX’s sales effort, where you’ll work with renters who have already expressed interest in the platform. Your role is to help turn those leads into paying subscribers while learning how a high-velocity sales team operates.
What you’ll do
- Reach out to inbound prospects, assess whether they’re a good fit, and move interested renters toward a paid subscription.
- Present the product clearly, respond to concerns, and complete sales conversations through phone calls and WhatsApp follow-ups.
- Keep the CRM updated each day and pass along objections and customer feedback so the team can refine its sales approach.

This opportunity is open only to applicants who can work full time from the Bengaluru office, begin between 24 June 2026 and 29 July 2026, stay for 2 months, and are based in Bangalore. Applicants should also bring relevant skills and interest in sales.
Requirements
- Must be located in Bengaluru, since this is an in-office role with no exceptions.
- Strong spoken English is essential; familiarity with Kannada or Hindi is preferred.
- Previous experience in telecalling or business development is an advantage.
- Availability is required from Monday to Saturday, with daily calling targets to meet.
Stipend
The monthly stipend ranges from INR 10,200 to INR 46,000. The pay structure includes a fixed component of INR 10,000 per month plus performance-linked incentives of INR 200 to INR 36,000 per month.
