  1. Commitment: We are specifically looking for interns/candidates seeking full-time, long-term roles.

  3. Monitoring: Time tracking software will be used to monitor productivity and work hours. Please proceed only if you are comfortable working with third-party time-tracking & monitoring tools. 

  4. Schedule: The role involves a 6-day workweek, with working hours flexible and customizable to your convenience (45 to 50 hours per week). 

  5. Duration: We are specifically seeking candidates who are available for at least 6 months (or more). 

  6. Interview: Candidates who move forward in the hiring process will be required to participate in a video interview. If you are not comfortable with video interviews, please do not apply.  


Role Overview

  1. The Intern will be responsible for lead generation, outreach, and initial client interaction across multiple channels including telecalling and digital platforms.

  2. This is a remote role that combines:
    ->Telecalling on company-provided leads.
    ->Self-driven organic outreach on social media and email platforms.

  3. The intern will play a key role in building a strong lead pipeline by identifying prospects, initiating conversations, and nurturing early-stage relationships.

  4. We are looking for a proactive individual who can communicate confidently, think strategically, and take ownership of lead generation efforts, both through structured data and independent research.

Key Responsibilities

1. Telecalling (Company- Provided Leads)
  • Connect with potential leads provided by the company via calls.

  • Introduce company services (Web Development, SEO, Social Media Marketing, etc.)

  • Understand client requirements and qualify leads.

  • Maintain proper call records and follow-up status.

2. Organic Outreach (Self-Sourced Leads)
  • Identify and research potential leads on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and Email.

  • Send personalized connection requests, DMs, and cold emails.

  • Initiate conversations and build interest in services.

3. Lead Generation & Prospecting
  • Independently find and target businesses that may require our services.

  • Identify decision-makers and relevant contacts.

4. Engagement & Relationship Building
  • Engage with prospects through likes, comments, and replies before pitching.

  • Build trust and warm up leads through consistent interaction.

5. Lead Qualification & Handover
  • Understand prospect needs and qualify leads based on interest and potential.

  • Coordinate with other team members to pass on warm and high-quality leads.

6. Tracking & Reporting

  1. Maintain records of:

    ->Leads contacted
    ->Responses & follow-ups
    ->Outreach performance

  2. Use spreadsheets or CRM tools for tracking.

Requirements


1- Communication Skills
  • Good verbal communication for telecalling(Both in English and Hindi)

  • Strong written English for emails and DMs.

2- Platform Familiarity
  • Basic understanding of:

    • LinkedIn

    • Instagram

    • Facebook

    • X (Twitter)

    • Email outreach (Cold Emails)

3- Research & Lead Generation
  • Ability to identify businesses and decision-makers.

  • Self-driven approach to finding leads online.

4- Sales & Business Understanding
  • Basic understanding of sales, client handling, and business communication.

  • Interest in digital services like web development, SEO, and marketing.

5- Technical Skills
  • Basic MS Office / Google Sheets for tracking.

  • Comfortable using internet tools and platforms.


Eligibility

  • Open to students or freshers interested in sales and business development.

Other Expectations
  • Ability to work independently for outreach tasks.

  • Organized and consistent in follow-ups.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.

Bonus (Preferred but Not Mandatory)

  • Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or outreach.

  • Familiarity with tools like Apollo, Hunter.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing services.
