About the internshipHari Om Furnitures is looking for a Telecalling intern to support customer communication and basic record management. The company manufactures furniture such as sofa beds, dining tables, chairs, and related products, and also operates in both retail and wholesale markets.This internship is a hands-on opportunity to build practical communication, coordination, and data-handling skills while working with the sales and customer-facing teams.Key responsibilitiesMake outgoing calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote the company’s products and services.Receive incoming customer calls, respond to questions, and provide helpful support.Keep call logs and customer interaction details updated accurately in MS Excel.Work with the sales team to track leads and support follow-ups.Assist with data entry and updating customer information.Communicate effectively in both English and Hindi with a varied customer base.Join team meetings and training sessions to strengthen your skills and understanding of the role.Who can applyThis opportunity is open to candidates who can commit to a full-time, in-office internship, begin between 30 May 2026 and 4 July 2026, and stay for 6 months.
