Role overview

Morgan McKinley is hiring a Technical Program Manager focused on artificial intelligence for a 12-month contract, with the possibility of becoming permanent. This position is based onsite in Singapore and offers a monthly salary of SGD 8,000 to 9,500.

The role centers on building AI-enabled tools and workflows for APAC Policy teams. You will take initiatives from early requirement discovery through release, user adoption, and ongoing improvement, acting as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.

What you will do

• Drive the full lifecycle of AI tool and workflow programs for APAC Policy teams, including planning, milestone management, dependency tracking, rollout, and adoption support.
• Convert business needs from non-technical teams into well-defined technical requirements, then coordinate execution across engineering, product, and regional partners while removing blockers early.
• Develop, test, and refine AI workflows and integrations, assess LLM capabilities, and enhance tools using feedback and usage insights.
• Work closely with Policy and other non-engineering teams to understand day-to-day workflows, increase AI uptake, and maintain active feedback loops with global stakeholders.
• Tailor global AI solutions for APAC needs, act as the key technical point of contact, and identify opportunities to automate processes from idea stage to production deployment.
• Measure adoption, usage behavior, and productivity outcomes, with emphasis on process improvement, tooling, and user enablement to support AI transformation.

What we are looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical program management, with a track record of guiding complex cross-functional initiatives from start to finish.
• Practical Python knowledge or experience with a comparable language, including the ability to read, write, and deploy production code in team-based engineering environments.
• Hands-on exposure to AI and LLM tools, including prompt design, workflow automation, and development using LLM APIs.
• Strong product thinking, with the ability to turn unclear user problems into concrete requirements and execution plans, plus strong communication skills for working with non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
• Demonstrated success in driving adoption, behavioral change, and organizational transformation across distributed teams; experience working with non-engineering groups and orchestrating AI workflows is preferred.

Engagement details

Contract length is 12 months, with a possibility of extension into a permanent role. The role is based in Singapore and is onsite.
